Reva is our Patient experience manager. She has diverse experience in related to customer service, supporting practitioners, in liaising with insurance companies for MVA/ WCB / private patients. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in managing the clinic to run smoothly, ensuring the delivery of top- notch service to each & everyone. She is responsible from managing daily operations, health & safety for staffs & clients.
Prior to that, Reva worked as a lecturer in an international college.
Reva earned a M.SC in Information Technology and B.SC in chemistry from Bharathidasan University. She spends her spare time with family, friends, listening music & cooking.
