For the purposes of this report, and consistency with previous reports, last fully formed disc space is designated L5-S1.
There is mild retrolisthesis of L4 on L5.
Mild anterior wedging at T11 and T12. Small Schmorl's nodes from T11 to L2.
No acute fracture.
No suspicious marrow lesions.
Multilevel spondylotic changes as follows:
L3-L4: No significant posterior disc contour abnormality or neural foraminal narrowing.
L4-L5: Small extrusion migrating inferiorly along the posterior cortex of L5. Mild spinal canal narrowing.
Mild facet
hypertrophy. Mild right foraminal narrowing and no significant left neural foraminal narrowing.
L5-S1: Moderate-to-marked right, moderate left facet hypertrophy. No significant posterior disc contour abnormality. Mild left
neural foraminal narrowing, with contact of the exiting left L5 nerve root by the facet osteophytes.

The reason drs are trying to disregard it is that they look at those larger percentages (6% to 13%) and lazily write it off as a "common developmental variation," completely ignoring how much pain it actually causes you .  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. On May 16,I had an emergency appointment at the clinic for  sudden onset Vertigo for 24 hours,   I was unable to walk comfortably or move without losing my balance.
An assessment was done to establish the cause and  then treatment began.  Within one hour I was greatly improved.
The physiotherapist gave me instructions for ongoing care as I was flying the following day.
I am most grateful for the care and successful results.
I would highly recommend Centre Street Physiotherapy.

They are the best for your recovery!

I’ve been going to Centre St Physio for a couple of years for a variety of issues. Dr Jana has the experience (working with professional soccer teams in the UAE) and expertice that is hard to find. When my ankle flared up again from overuse, he stated that it was bursitis (not so much tendonitis that my podiatrist had suggested) and told me to get an ultrasound to confirm. He was correct. Also, kudos to Reba for scheduling me in at the last minute, many times!

I did Physio, Chiro, Massage and Acupuncture here for almost 2 years. Let me tell you guys, this is the place to go. You’ll come out feeling alive and much better after every treatment.
